How do I know if I need a foot orthotic? – If you are experiencing pain or discomfort in your feet or lower limbs (including ankles, knees, hips and lower back), a thorough lower limb assessment from a Certified Pedorthist is recommended. Pedorthist are specially trained to identify the problem and recommend a course of treatment. A Pedorthist can confirm if a foot orthotic and/or proper footwear will assist you in recovery.
